Hello and welcome to Aurora Management! We are a homeowner association management company offering services dedicated to helping Board Members and members manage their HOA more efficiently and cost-effectively. We are a newly launched company but our varied experiences span many years of serving in the real estate and property management industry. We provide a resource for our clients where we are able to help you manage your finances, your documentation, and other property management needs. We take pride in the attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism that goes into the services that we provide for each of our clients. Our goal is to provide long-term and short-term solutions that help you develop healthy, thriving, and fruitful relationships with the homeowners in your community. We share with you your commitment to having an association that’s financially stable, adheres to compliance, and creates a successful organization where the benefit and priorities of each member are addressed and implemented.

About the Owner

I received a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Hospitality Management in 2012. Since I graduated I have worked extensively in hotels and worked my way up in that industry. Prior to receiving my degree, I worked in hospitality for several years, and while I was receiving my education. Having worked in hospitality I understand customer service and have worked to apply that throughout my career. I worked in hotels in Minnesota and Florida in my career. In 2014, I was interested in the real estate industry so I started getting into the rental industry while working in hotels. After I left the hospitality industry in 2017, I joined the Homeowners Association Management field. Managing HOA’s have become a passion and have always thought that this can be done better through the values of customer service and ownership of employees. With those values, Aurora Management was born to be a better management company for Associations, Boards of Directors, and homeowners.
